Katia Ugarte, born on October 22 in Cusco, Peru, is an entrepreneur and investor, as well as a manager and promoter of artists. She studied Law and Political Science at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Peru and later pursued studies in Computer Science and French in Canada from 1993 to 1995. Katia is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
